1. Deposits & Prepayments

To secure your project on our schedule and begin procurement of materials, a deposit is typically required. All deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your service agreement or a written exception is granted by Ol’ Sarge Contracting management.

2. Cancellations

If you choose to cancel your project after a deposit has been paid:

Before any work or materials are ordered: A partial refund may be considered, minus any administrative or consultation fees already incurred.
After work has started or materials have been ordered: No refund will be issued, as labor, time, and resources have already been allocated.

We will work with you in good faith to minimize any costs and resolve concerns professionally.

3. Workmanship & Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are dissatisfied with the services provided due to craftsmanship issues:

We will make reasonable efforts to correct or re-perform the services at no additional cost.
Refunds for completed labor are generally not provided, but we are committed to addressing concerns and ensuring a satisfactory outcome as outlined in your project agreement.

4. Special-Order Materials or Custom Products

Payments for special-order or custom products are non-refundable once orders are placed, unless the supplier accepts returns and issues a refund. Restocking or processing fees may apply and will be deducted from any refundable portion.
