Ryan Nett
Founder & Managing Partner
[Disabled Marine Veteran, Kentucky Colonel, and Outdoorsman]
Ryan Nett served his country as a United States Marine from 2001 to 2007, completing two combat tours in Iraq and Kuwait. He continued his military service in the Kentucky Army National Guard from 2007 to 2014. In recognition of his noteworthy contributions to his community and state, Ryan was commissioned as a Kentucky Colonel in 2014, the highest honorary title awarded by the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
Since 2008, Ryan has built a successful career in sales and construction, applying the same discipline, leadership, and commitment to excellence that defined his military service.
Beyond his professional life, Ryan is a devoted family man who enjoys camping, fishing, and exploring the outdoors. He also has a lifelong passion for riding motorcycles, finding freedom and adventure on the open road.

John Ebert
Sales Manager
[Marine Veteran, Sales Leader, and Avid Gardener]
John Ebert served in the United States Marine Corps from 1989 to 1993 as a 0341 Mortarman, specializing in the tactical employment of light and medium mortar systems. Mortarmen, known for their precision and firepower, provide critical indirect fire support to infantry and LAR units, living by the motto, "You Order, We Mortar." During his service, John deployed to Honduras, participated in Operation Desert Shield and Desert Storm, and completed overseas tours in Okinawa and Osaka, gaining invaluable experience in high-pressure environments.
Following his military career, John transitioned into the business world, building over 25 years of sales experience, including 15 years in sales management. His leadership and strategic mindset, honed in the Corps, have helped him excel in driving growth and building high-performing teams.
Outside of work, John enjoys the tranquility of gardening and finds relaxation in reading, reflecting the balance of discipline and curiosity that has guided him throughout his life.
